The New York Mets on Tuesday placed catcher Travis d’Arnaud on the 15-day disabled list with a right rotator cuff strain.
In a corresponding move, the Mets selected catcher Rene Rivera from Triple-A Las Vegas.
The Mets also transfered RHP Zack Wheeler to the 60-day disabled list.
