The Cleveland Indians recalled RHP Austin Adams from Triple-A Columbus.
Adams posted 4/4 saves, 1.10 ERA in 14 games with Columbus this season.
To make room for Adams on their roster, the Indians optioned LHP Kyle Crockett to Columbus.
