Blue Jays recall L/RHP Pat Venditte, designate EB Matt Dominguez for assignment

The Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday recalled L/RHP Pat Venditte and designated 3B Matt Dominguez for assignment.

Venditte has pitched 6.2 innings, allowing nine hits, three earned runs and four walks, and has struck out four opposing batters en route to a 4.05 ERA and one hold, all over tge course of seven games this season.

Over the course of 362 career appearances and 1,272 at bats, Dominguez has tallied a .231 batting average with 42 home runs and 152 RBIs.
