Right-hander Alfredo Simon was expected to get the start for the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday against the Colorado Rockies.
But then the Reds announced that Simon has right bicep tenenditis, and will not make the start.
Due to Simon ' injury, the Reds announced that they will recall RHP Robert Stephenson from the Triple-A Louisville Bats.
Stephenson will get the start on the mound for the Reds on Tuesday.
