OAKLAND, CA - The Oakland Athletics on Sunday recalled RHP J.B. Wendelken from the Triple-A Nashville Sounds.
In 11.0 innings pitched in ten games with Nashville this season, Wendelken has an 0-1 record with a 3.27 ERA, 20 strikeouts, and has only allowed one run.
To make room fot Wendelken on their roster, the Athletics optioned RHP Jesse Hahn to Nashville.
