Rojos del Aguila de Veracruz of the Mexican League on Thursday signed infielder Jonathan Herrera.
Herrera played in 73 games for the MLB's Chicago Cubs in 2015, posting 29 hits, five doubles, one triple and two home runs. He also had 14 RBIs and a batting average of .230 last season as well.
